After you sign in, you’ll land on your dashboard. This is where your upcoming meetings, recent calls, chats, and contacts stay in one place.
You’ll find the Invite Team Members option right on the dashboard. Click it to open a simple invite window—no complex setup required.
Type the email addresses of the people you want to add. You can:
- Invite a single teammate
- Add multiple emails at once
- Use your official organization emails
Convay will automatically send each person a secure invite link. Once they accept and join, they’ll appear in your team list and can start using Convay with you.
After your team joins, you can:
- Set up meetings with a single click
- Share files securely inside Convay
- Chat directly with individuals or groups
- Create separate groups for different projects/teams
- Keep meetings, files and conversations in one place
